The designs are born from an understanding of the site, the style and needs of the client and an in-depth design process utilising the benefits of 3D computer generated modelling. This includes the latest Archicad software which has an approach based on the Virtual Building model that enables the designer to email the 3D model directly to the client. The client can then walk through, fly through or fly around the design looking at the design as it is being formed.

 

The primary design found within the company, has a lean towards a contemporary, coastal style, with an underlying emphasis on solar passive design with the principles found on the Sustainable Home Checklist. The results are tailor designed smart homes, that are a compliment to the owners and their unique site and requirements.
